Behind the survey

For your eyes only. Aggregation logic, kill criteria, and ethics rules that govern how this survey runs and how data flows back to the client.

Aggregation logic

  • Q2 / Q3 / Q4 — quantitative scores: problem severity index, buyer fit %, pricing sentiment distribution
  • Q5 — competitive landscape map (frequency-weighted)
  • Q6 — “deal-breaker” theme cluster
  • Q7 / Q8 — warm-path + POC pipeline (high-priority follow-ups for the client)
  • Q9 — sharpening notes, clustered and surfaced as a top-3 list to the founder
  • Q10 — attribution flag per response (governs delivery layer)

Delivery to client

  • Loaded into the white-labeled context engine under “Network Read”
  • Refreshed monthly as new advisors are added or as positioning evolves
  • POC + warm-intro candidates surfaced as actionable rows the client can route into their CRM

Kill criteria — when NOT to send a survey

  • Conflict-of-interest list overlap (per intake §9)
  • Advisor has been polled ≥ 10 times this calendar month
  • Advisor flagged “low-give” by Roloflex Score and is on auto-pause

Ethics & data policy

  • Advisor sees only anonymized company framing in the “About the company” card — no company name, no founder names. Six fields: what they do, whom they serve, why, founder credentials (alluded), stage/size, pricing model.
  • Client name is revealed only after the advisor opts in to a discovery call (which is separately gated by the survey response).
  • Client never sees raw responses from advisors who opted “Anonymous only” or “Don’t share”.
  • COI opt-out lives in advisor-side controls, not Consigliere ops.

Compliance layer (added v2)

  • Mandatory acknowledgement block sits between the About card and Q1 — modeled after Guidepoint's compliance tutorial gate.
  • Six required checkboxes: T&Cs agreement, COI, MNPI, current-employer rule, regulated-industry rule, accuracy attestation.
  • Full Terms & Conditions live at /internal/advisor-terms.html (linked from the first checkbox).
  • Compliance escalation email: compliance@consigliere.so (TBD — route to Mike or shared inbox).

Open items for Mike Cortez

  • Review the full Advisor T&Cs draft at /internal/advisor-terms.html — 14 sections modeled after Guidepoint, condensed for Consigliere's no-pay network model.
  • Confirm checkbox attestation wording is enforceable in CA + DE without a wet signature (clickwrap pattern).
  • Non-circumvention clause inside T&Cs — currently notice-only 12mo; confirm enforceability.
  • Healthcare-professional carve-out: do we add a separate HIPAA-specific tutorial / agreement when those advisors join?
  • Government-employee carve-out: should we ban federal/state employees from the network entirely (simpler) or gate with the same disclaimers (Guidepoint pattern)?
  • Data-handling: aggregated vs. attributed retention — default 24mo per current draft, confirm.
  • Response logging schema until Roloflex app sign-in is live (interim = email-as-identity).
  • Set up compliance@consigliere.so inbox + routing.
