That is the honest answer, so it goes first. Consigliere is early and founder-led. There is no hiring plan to publish, no open requisition, no headcount target and no recruiting process to enter.

We are not going to invent a careers page with imaginary roles on it. When there is a real role, with real work and real terms, it will be described here plainly and you will be able to tell it apart from this paragraph.

Write anyway, if this is your kind of problem

If the idea of replacing automated outreach with introductions humans actually want is the thing you would work on regardless, a short note is welcome: josh@consigliere.so.

What helps in that note:

• What you have actually built, sold or fixed, in one paragraph.
• What you would want to own here.
• Anything you can point at. Work beats adjectives.

No template, no cover letter, no form. If it is interesting, you will get a reply from a person. If the timing is wrong, you will be told that instead of being left waiting.
