Every Consigliere subscription includes the Network Advisory Survey — a 10-question structured instrument we field to advisors in your category on your behalf. Each response is a calibrated read on the questions your AI keeps getting wrong: problem severity, buyer fit, pricing, competitive landscape, deal-breakers, warm-paths, and sharpening advice.
How we anonymize. The advisor sees only de-identified company framing — what you do, whom you serve, why, founder credentials alluded (no names), stage/size, pricing. Your company and founder names are revealed only after the advisor opts into a discovery call with you.
How responses flow. Aggregated, themed, and loaded into your Context Engine. Warm-path and POC respondents surface as actionable rows your team can route directly into your CRM. Attribution honored per advisor’s preference — by name, name + company, anonymous, or never-share.
